ECA Entry Form

Entries for the Editors Choice Award must be received between June 1 and midnight on December 31 for books published the previous calendar year.

Attach a PDF of your book and a PDF or JPG of its front and back covers OR email these to

Pay the entry fee through PayPal at with the note “ECA Entry, [book title].” Email for other payment options if you are unable to pay by PayPal.

June 1–November 15

      • PEN/CEC Members $45

      • Nonmembers $50

November 16–December 31

      • PEN/CEC Members $55

      • Nonmembers $60

Entries will be confirmed via email.

ECA finalists are announced in April on the Editors Choice Award website and the Christian Editor Connection’s Facebook page. In addition, each team member (author, editor, and publisher) will receive a digital ECA Finalist emblem to use in their promotions.

ECA winners will be announced live during the PENCON editors conference in May, then on the Editors Choice Award website and the Facebook pages of The Christian PEN, Christian Editor Connection, and PENCON and The Christian PEN’s Twitter page.
